Marguerite has studied change management as well as organizational environmental and social responsibility. For nearly 10 years, she has worked to promote social development on a regional and territorial level in the Outaouais region. Involved in the non-profit, school and municipal sectors, she helped establish several organizations in the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais, such as the Table de développement social des Collines-de-l’Outaouais, and the Cercle d'autosuffisance de Cantley. She also spent 5 years replanting forests in Western Canada, and helped set up an anti-abuse awareness campaign in Yukon communities. She now works on the development of outdoor activity programs in the Gatineau Park. As a resident of Cantley since 2013, participating in the integrated sustainable development of her community is very important to her.
